I enjoyed my one night stay here! Very clean and nice looking. The room was great, no complaints, no stains, no bugs, and everything worked. It was pet-friendly, so that was a plus. Beautiful property. Breakfast was great. Hot and continental available.

Ashley was amazing. She went over and beyond for my family and with a smile the entire time. We were so glad she was there the next 2 days. She even walked to the room to help my dad who is 82 get in his room. He was having trouble using the key card and we were not there. She is a rare gem. Also Diana was great too at breakfast. She was very friendly and eager to help. I did not get the housekeepers name , he was also very friendly and helpful. The guy who checked us in the first night did not give us our reward snacks but the great customer service from the others made up for that. Thanks for a great stay!!

I'm constantly on the road for work, and let me tell you, this hotel just gets it. It's the first place where I've felt they really care about their guests. The little things matter, like having spare headphones in the fitness center and using actual hand soap dispensers (I'm not a fan of those tiny hotel bar soaps). I'll definitely be coming back here for my future trips—it's just that kind of place.

The room was a perfectly acceptable place to stay prior to an early flight out, the roaches, not so much . They didn’t come out until I turned the heat on and then , boy did they. Pretty sketchy but I stayed because at that point it was more of a hassle to leave. Yes, they were on the bed at one point too. The staff was nice at check in. I couldn’t find anyone to raise the issue with when I left at 5:20 am.

I was comped a room here from Spirit air when my flight was diverted do to weather. The front desk staff were nice and the room was clean. Door dash delivered and they had a free shuttle to Pittsburgh Airport

It is dated - the flooring could be replaced and new couches (the covers on the couches in the lobby look tacky). The cleaning staff did do a great job, I just think some things are too old to make it look really nice.

I liked the free shuttle to and from the airport. You do need to call the front desk and schedule when you need picked up/dropped off. It went smoothly for us! The breakfast wasn't anything special but it was still good!

My room was clean and modern. Check-in was easy and the staff friendly. I took the shuttle service to and from the airport and that was seamless as well. My only disappointment is that it is NOT an easy walk to any nearby restaurants. It's not a terrible walk but you have to cross a busy highway. Too bad they don't have a restaurant on site.
